"5 stars for the driver and the taxi company. However I have noted 3 stars overall as my initial experience with the platform taxi code was not good and this included an interaction with blue sky cars ( avoid!!!!). "

"Our driver didn't know how many passengers he had to pick up. When we booked the journey there was no mention of the £5 charge in the airport and we refused to pay as this was not in our contract. He was obviously cross about something before he arrived. He had a difficult job anyway as Our flight picked up extra passengers on the way home!!"
