"Delay of about 15 min., so no greeting at the airport terminal building, the driver coordinated by phone the meeting point and finally we found the place. Overall: fine but a little stressing because, given that we provided our arrival flight number, we expected that the driver would be waiting inside the terminal buiding (at the exit gate) as advertised, fortunalely we found the airport pickup/dropoff point as directed by the driver, though this increased the delay."
